“When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, the moon and the stars, which You have ordained, what is man that You are mindful of him, and the son of man that You visit him?” (Psalm 8:3-4)

The unseasonably mild, spring-like weather we’ve enjoyed for much of this week (while other parts of our nation have been under severe winter alerts) has drawn many of us into the great out-of-doors and allowed us again to behold God’s wondrous works. In awe of the beauty of His marvelous creations, my heart is flooded with praise and gratitude that God is not only mindful of His human handiworks but He loves each of us and died so that we could have the opportunity to spend eternity with Him in a heavenly paradise the beauty and magnificence of which we cannot even begin to comprehend! Nature not only irrefutably confirms that God exists but points to His abounding grace which is sufficient for all of our needs, the greatest of which is our need as sinners for a Savior. Jesus Christ is He. Our arisen LORD lives! Trust Christ and seek Him with all of your heart, mind, and soul.
“But now ask the beasts, and they will teach you; and the birds of the air, and they will tell you; or speak to the earth, and it will teach you; and the fish of the sea will explain to you. Who among these does not know that the hand of the LORD has done this, in whose hand is the life of every living thing, and the breath of all mankind?” (Job 12:7-10)
