 The Everlasting Beauty of God (May 25, 2023) 

"In His hand are the deep places of the earth; the heights of the hills are His also. The sea is His, for He made it: and His hands formed the dry land.” (Psalm 95:4-5) 

From the towering mountain peaks to the churning depths of the seas, Almighty God’s magnificent creations are natural testimonies of His existence and His love for each beholder! 

“Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever You had formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting You are God.” (Psalm 90:2) 

Most wonderful of all, He is my God, my Creator, my Sustainer, and my Redeemer. His creations are stunningly in their beauty, but His most wonderful work is that before the foundation of the world was laid, He graciously provided the one way to salvation and everlasting life through faith in His Son Jesus Christ. For this greatest of gifts, I am eternally grateful! 

“How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of Him who brings good news, who proclaims peace, who brings glad tidings of good things, who proclaims salvation, who says…Your God reigns!” (Isaiah 52:7)

  Simply Believe! ( November 2, 2023) “ Lord, I believe; help my unbelief!” (Mark 9:24) Unfortunately, our Christian faith can fluctuate with the changing circumstances of our lives? We are flawed like all human beings, and our trust in God often ebbs or flows depending upon whether or not we’re experiencing happy times or life’s trials. Satan constantly attempts to deceive us, draw us astray in our walk by faith with God, and bring about our ultimate downfall and defeat. However, we must remember that He who is in us—Jesus Christ living in our hearts through the Holy Spirit— “is greater than he who is in the world.” (1 John 4:4) Simply believe! When doubt and fear cloud our well-placed trust in Christ, we can allay our apprehension and anxiety by focusing on our unchanging and ever-faithful L ORD rather than dwelling on our shifting circumstances.
