 Whether our lives are stormy or calm, or somewhere in between at the moment, in all of our circumstances, God wants His children to rejoice, lift up our voices in prayer, and to have thankful hearts. Remember that the Almighty is always at work for our ultimate good!

  “For surely there is a hereafter, and your hope will not be cut off.” (Proverbs 23:18) Bidding farewell to a challenging year and welcoming with hope a new one, I thank God for His presence, His peace, and His power in my life as a Christian. Even in times of suffering and hardship, the followers of Jesus Christ know by faith that God is in control and working all of the circumstances of our lives for ultimate good because we love Him and seek to express it through trusting obedience and humble service. Our hope in the New Year and eternally is in Christ!    In the New Year let us seek to be faithful stewards of the precious time and the valuable resources that the LORD has entrusted to us to invest in the expansion of His heavenly kingdom.   The Perfect Gifts ( May 26, 2023)  “ Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.” (James 1:17) Christians should rejoice and be thankful daily that our Father in Heaven is the divine source of every good and perfect gift we receive!
